Aimee graduated with an MChem Hons from the University of Manchester and joined the Cai Lab as a PhD student in 2022, working in conjunction with Prof. Anthony Green. Her project is on genetic code expansion in yeast and its applications in catalysis. In her spare time Aimee enjoys powerlifting, playing guitar, video games and learning languages.
